BREAKING: Metro Now to cut staff

Just heard that Metro Now, the joint venture between the Times Group and the Hindustan Times, is looking to cut costs by axing jobs. There’s a chance as many as half the editorial staff could be shown the door in the coming weeks.

It looks like its a bad time generally. I’m posting from my phone on the road to Jaipur, so I’m going to keep this short, but I have a post lined up for later. Come back soon.
