I’m hiring

I’m looking for someone with equal measures of life experience, enthusiasm, and enterprise LAMP development skills.

1. Life Experience: I don’t care about how old you are, or how experienced you are at compiling Linux kernels. I want to know about YOU, where you’re from, how you’ve got to where you are, what drives you, and why you would want to work with me. You can save this for when we meet, but tell me a little about yourself when you write to me.

2. Enthusiasm: You need to believe the world conspires to help you succeed, that there’s no such thing as a bad time, that you see opportunities to do and build where others see an opportunity to be pessimistic.

3. LAMP skills: To start with, you should know what that acronym stands for and should know how to work well with each of those letters. The last one of those is especially important. You need to be the sort of person who thinks code should be beautiful. You need to tell me about your favorite framework, and what makes it your favorite.

Put simply, this is an opportunity to participate in a project that has the potential to change the way the world does business. It will also start making a profit within eight weeks of you coming on board.
