INX News Pvt Ltd deal announcement soon

RIght. I still don’t know who the buyer is. But here’s what I’ve gathered:

1. An announcement should be made in the next few days (most probably Saturday, when markets are closed) that the sale has gone through.

2. Responsibility for all debts etc. on the books up till the 30th of November will be transferred to the purchaser.

3. Auditors are present in the offices overseeing all key business functions during this period.

If anybody knows anything different, I’d be glad to hear from you.
