When I set off on Thursday morning for a break through Rajasthan little did I know that things would get so bad in Mumbai. Evidently, the Hindustan Times thought the same way.

UPDATE: Here’s what gets my goat: the hubris within all democratic institutions. The general sense of entitlement in anybody who’s even remotely associated with one of the key pillars of our chosen system of society.
